This seminar led to Stiglitz asking Prof. Jean-Paul Faguet of the London School of Economics to put together articles by interested participants in a publication that was titled, Is Decentralization Good for Development? (Oxford University Press, 2015). My contribution, ‘Inclusive Growth through Inclusive Governance’, has become a frequently cited article in scholarly publications world-wide on local self-government, as tracked by Academia.edu. They have found nearly a thousand citations of me, many relating to my article in Faguet’s publication.
